A New Tool From Backstory & Strategy: Introducing AgendaFlow
The missing link between good strategy and a productive meeting.

Last September, I published a post called Reclaim the War Tent. In it, I shared my belief that the modern staff meeting is an artifact of history. A strategic tool we've lost control of, which has morphed into an obstacle. A place where we default on the calendar to simply talk through what we should have already decided.
But naming the problem is easy. Creating the tools to fix it is hard.
I'm proud to announce the release of AgendaFlow.
AgendaFlow is an AI-powered app that brings the thinking of Backstory & Strategy to life. It's a simple tool that you can use to put the work behind every staff meeting, and actually have a meeting that moves the ball forward. It’s an easy way to turn hours of meandering conversation into a time-boxed agenda, where every minute is accounted for, and your teams leave feeling like they accomplished more in less time.
It’s easy. In seconds, you can create a professional, time-blocked agenda by typing in a topic, a time, and an attendee list. The flexible workflow in the app lets you start from a blank slate, apply a pre-built agenda template, or pull an agenda from your history instead of having to start from scratch every time.
All your agendas stay saved on your device. We can’t see them, and we don’t have access to any of your meeting data.

This is a free tool, and I’m releasing it to the members of my community first. I want to know if you like it. Try it out for your next staff meeting and send me your thoughts. I think every meeting can be a step forward if we prepare for them the right way.
If you use the app, and it’s helpful, and you’d like to support the time and resources that go into building these tools, you can buy me a “coffee.” I do this to keep these tools free to all.

Thanks for being along for the ride.
P.S. - If you found this post helpful, would you please consider restacking it and sharing it with your audience?
This spreads the word and keeps me writing the types of content that you have enjoyed.
